Return Policy
If you are not happy with your purchase you can return any item (excluding items purchased via promotions, specials, or sale items) within 20 days of purchase. The items much be unworn, unwashed, undamaged with the original tags still attached for your return or exchange to be approved.
Returns and Exchange Policy:
Submit the online returns form to reserve your replacement and receive authorization or contact us by phone or email if you prefer.
- Return your item/s within 20 days of your purchase.
- Include a copy of your return authorization email or invoice.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping cost.
- Clearly indicate your refund or exchange preference. In the case of an Exchange, include details of the replacement product, size, and color you would like us to send. Exchange requests will only be met where the requested product is in stock.
- Returned products must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. Tags must be still attached.
- Package your goods appropriately to ensure no damage to the product or its packaging while in transit to us.
- We recommend you use a reliable service that includes tracking so you can ensure it reaches its destination safely and on time.

Exchanges take up to 3-5 business days to process than are shipping out.
Please be advised that if we are processing your refund to your credit card this will take between 2 - 3 days to appear on your credit card statement.
